The reliability was determined using Cronbach alpha statistics and it yielded a reliability coefficient of 0.85. Research questions were analyzed using Mean and Standard Deviation to ascertain the closeness and homogeneity of the responses while t-test was used to test the null hypotheses at a significance level of 0.05. Based on the findings of the study, it was concluded that the application of Intelligent Tutoring Systems and Adaptive Learning Tools in the teaching and learning of Business Education in Colleges of Education in South East Nigeria was to a high extent. There was no significant difference between the mean ratings of male and female Business Educators in colleges of education in South East, Nigeria on the extent of application of intelligent tutoring system and adaptive learning tools in teaching and learning of Business Education.
