Semi-structured questionnaires and interview guide were designed and administered to the targeted population. To ascertain the reliability of the research instruments, the Cronbach Alpha test was used on a coefficient value of 0.7. Also, the ANOVA statistics was computed to predict the overall effect of counsellors participation in decision making process on school climate in public secondary schools in Enugu state. The findings indicate among others that counsellors involvement in decision-making process has a very significant and positive relationship with the school climate in Enugu state.
